Multichem LOT Sequester Management Program for our Clinical Chemistry Third-Party QC, whereby each of our customers is allocated a specific LOT for an agreed defined period; this best in class service is managed by a dedicated LOT Sequester Manager ensuring better use of resources and improved outcomes for our pathology laboratory customers.
Nurse & Patient Support Service specifically for our Enteral Feeding product portfolio (only available in the Republic of Ireland). Our nursing team offers educational support to nursing staff and ‘in the home’ support directly to patients discharged to the community setting on an enteral feeding device supplied by TECHNOPATH. This service not alone offers significant and much welcomed support to these patients and their carers but also reduces rehospitalisations, which has significant benefits for the patients, their carers and healthcare providers.
