We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our email communications. Effective 15th September 2025, our company email addresses will transition from [email protected] to a collective email account [email protected]. Technopath is part of Diploma Life Sciences Ireland and UK.
What’s Changing
- All our team members will now send emails from the new @diplomals-ireuk.com domain. Example: [email protected].
- Our previous domain will remain active for a transition period, and emails sent to it will continue to reach us.
What’s Not Changing
- Our company name, ownership, and services remain the same.
- Our banking and invoicing details have not changed.
- You will continue to work with the same account managers and teams as before.
What You Need to Do
- Please update your records with our new email addresses. If you use security or firewall systems, we kindly request you to whitelist @diplomals-ireuk.com to ensure our emails reach you without interruption – your company IT department will be able to help you with this.
- If you receive an email from our old domain, it will still reach us, but we encourage you to reply using the new domain going forward.
Security Guidance
- Emails will only ever come from @diplomals-ireuk.com or our legacy domain during the transition.
- We will never ask you to change payment or banking details via email. If you receive such a request, please treat it as suspicious and contact us immediately.
